Rare ca. 1929 Blueprint Map / Forest Hill / Town of York / Lonsdale Road, Vesta Drive, Strathearn, Rosemary Lane, Milbank, Montclair Part 2

Part 2 - A rare, ORIGINAL blueprint poster-size map of the Forest Hill area as it was when plots of some of the priciest real estate in Toronto were being subdivided. The blueprint also shows the size of lots, such as 40 feet wide by 120 feet deep.

Size of map: This map has an odd shape, see first photo, and was pieced together. Part of bottom left was NOT cut off. Rather, the part on the right that juts out was glued on it, creating the odd shape. The rectangular dimensions measured from longest edges are as follows: Approx. 36.5 inches x 23 inches (90 cm x 58.5 cm)

Presumably, this map was also from the surveyor, John van Nostrand, whose name appears in the other blueprint map of Forest Hill listed.
