We endeavour to ship your orders promptly and to keep you informed of the status of the shipment. Please note that shipping errors and delays on the part of the postal service or other carriers are beyond our control and we do not accept responsibility or liability for these. However, our shipments are insured, and you are covered in the event of loss or damage, provided that our insurance provider is satisfied that the prerequisites for refund (e.g., documentation of damage, if applicable) have been met. 

We are not responsible for any Customs duties or taxes payable for your order.
