Rare 1929 Blueprint Map / Forest Hill / Town of York / Bathurst Connaught Eglinton / Part 1

Part 1 - A rare, ORIGINAL blueprint poster-size map of the Forest Hill area as it was when plots of some of the priciest real estate in Toronto were being subdivided. The blueprint also shows the size of lots, such as 40 feet wide by 120 feet deep.

Size of map: approx. 29 inches x 23.5 inches (74 cm x 59.5 cm)

Condition: folds, pinholes, a one-inch tear at the top edge, centre, has been repaired with archival mending tissue), otherwise in remarkably good, vintage condition, considering its age and purpose as a blueprint.
