An artist's rendition of the proposed egg-shaped Philippine atomic reactor plant back in the 1950s, architectural rendering by Crescendiano C. di Castro (noted at bottom). Very Sci-fi. The surroundings look more like Mars than the Philippine tropics. And what is that rocket in the background? Note drawing of car in foregound centre, at the entrance. Published in the Philippines in 1959.

Size: approx. 16.5 inches x 9.75 inches x 1 inch (41.92 cm x 24.77 cm x

This rare vintage print has been mounted on a wood panel. Simply hang. Save on framing costs. This is ready to give as a gift. You won't find it anywhere else.

Small spot on print, left of centre; see photo. Otherwise in very good condition. The wood panel is equipped with a wire loop on the reverse for hanging. All sides of the wooden panel are painted black with a slight, distressed look. A label en verso attests to the authenticity of the map. The last photo shows a sample display of maps on wood panel. The Bananastrudel watermark does not appear on the print.
